Hello, I’m Maria, a dedicated yoga instructor based in Scottsdale, Arizona, with a passion for teaching.  I am trained in many facets of yoga and have a special interest and expertise in blending different branches of yoga to create a self-sustainable practice for my clients.  Benefits include, more energy, a clear, sharply focus mind to achieve optimum performance in whatever you choose to do in life.  And most of all, tools to manage stress and anxiety.

My path to yoga began while grappling with chronic inflammation, leading me to Yoga Nidra and its remarkable neurological benefits for addressing physical and mental trauma. Inspired, I did certification training with Yoga for First Responders to teach yoga tailored for the needs of the first responder community. This journey equipped me to help those in high-stress careers find relief from life’s acute and chronic stresses. Now, I dedicate myself to teaching individuals across all professions, embracing a mission to alleviate the adverse effects of stress and enhance overall wellbeing.
